Consultancy and helpline services           

The consultancy service operates flexibly and cost-effectively and can offer personal meetings, telephone/'helpline' advice, written advice, 'clinic' meetings, second opinions, etc. Often we can discuss issues immediately on the telephone and advise you of the most appropriate course of action. On many occasions a 10 or 15 minute phone call has provided my customer with a solution which would have taken at least an hour for them to research.
